A Programme For Parents to Help With Their Children’s Anxiety

We have developed this programme for parents who are worried about their children’s ability to deal with the everyday pressures of life. Our programme will provide parents with practical skills and techniques to help themselves and their children cope with these pressures in a supportive and simple way.

Whether the issues are anxiety, bullying, stress, self-harm, self-esteem, exams stress or peer pressure, these techniques are proven in their effectiveness and can be put into practise right away.

Based on the well-established psychological theories of Cognitive Behavioural TherapyTransactional Analysis and Logosynthesis Models, this programme will give parents a greater understanding of where issues arise and the tools to easily make and maintain real change in their families.
